As the Regional Production Controller, you will own the analysis, prognosis and actions within areas such as price, lead-time, quality, market strategy execution and quality for your product category in your region. You will be looking into questions like; Where are we achieving according to plan? What challenges might come up in the future that we should prepare for? You will also be looking at buying needs, manage risk, and secure long-term expansion and sustainable purchasing. There are a lot of indicators that will tell us if we’re on track, and you will own that agenda. We want to keep things simple but accurate. We want to measure what is relevant and drive meaningful initiatives from it.
But it’s not just about the analysis. Controlling here is about identifying business opportunities
and risks, before also supporting and challenging our teams to achieve the best results together. We want you to provide a different perspective. Can we place orders in a more efficient way? Should we evaluate another supplier to secure the right capacity going forward? How can we improve production lead time? You should be able to stand up for your analysis and discuss your point of view. You will collaborate. You will challenge. You will pick confrontations and you will compromise on some topics. It’s all for the greater good.
