Finance Control and Management Lead
As HQ leadership to provide guidance / monitor changes relating to financial reporting and controls
Strengthen effectiveness and efficiencies in group financial recording processes - review / design and implement financial recording processes, ensure documentation, provide training, ensure adequacy of project management, etc.
In charge of Head office finance recording & finance related activity process enhancements
As HQ contact to drive migration of head office financial processes to Group Shared Service Centre
Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Basic degree in accounting, strong risk & control mindset
At least 5 years’ experience in Big4 audit firms, and commercial experience in managing Finance Changes / Transformation
Analytical, with excellent Project management skills.
Matured, self-initiated, innovative, independent, with good interpersonal skills dealing with different levels of management
Proficient in MS office / Excel. Candidates experienced in VBA/SQL, Excel macros skills would stand at advantage.
Strong presentation skills
Strong in influential and managerial skills. Sharp in identifying controls/efficiency gaps, problem solver.
Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantone
